Description

A perfect balance of sweet and savory, these baked pears with feta, honey, and cranberries are a delicious and elegant dish, ideal for a light appetizer or a side to your main meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pear halves in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Once the pears are baked, top each half with crumbled feta, cranberries, and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the feta is slightly melted and bubbly.
