Description

Baked tilapia is a light, flavorful, and easy-to-make dish. With a zesty lemon and herb seasoning, it cooks quickly in the oven and pairs perfectly with a variety of sides. Ideal for a healthy and satisfying weeknight dinner!

 


Ingredients

  1. 4 tilapia fillets
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp paprika
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the tilapia fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the fillets, coating them evenly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

 

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan over the fillets before baking.
