- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef slices until browned; set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook onion, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
- Make the Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the veggies, stir, and slowly add beef broth. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine: Stir in sour cream, add beef back to the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
