Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  4. Combine: Stir in sour cream, add beef back to the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
