Description

These fluffy, moist banana chocolate chip muffins are the ultimate treat! With the perfect balance of ripe bananas and melty chocolate chips, they make for a delicious breakfast, snack, or dessert.

 


Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  2. 1/2 cup melted butter
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 large eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool before enjoying!

Notes

  • For extra fluffiness, don’t overmix the batter.
  • Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
