- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- Toppings (Optional):
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced pickles

Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
- Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the Casserole:
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
- Drizzle half the sauce over the beef and cheese.
- Bake:
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add Toppings and Serve:
- Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve warm with the remaining sauce on the side.
