    • 2 lbs ground beef
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
    • 1 tsp white vinegar
    • 1 tsp paprika
  • Toppings (Optional):
    • Shredded lettuce
    • Diced pickles
    • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
    • Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the Casserole:
    • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
    • Drizzle half the sauce over the beef and cheese.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Add Toppings and Serve:
    1. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds if desired.
    2. Serve warm with the remaining sauce on the side.
