- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then coat them evenly with the spice mixture on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are opaque and slightly charred on the edges.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice if desired, and serve hot.
