Ingredients

  • For the Brownie Layer:
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup flour
  • For the Cheesecake Layer:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brownie Layer: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and flour until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gently spread over the partially baked brownie base.
  3. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheesecake is set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
