- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the cream of chicken soup and milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, and noodles, and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
