Description

A comforting twist on classic chicken pot pie, this hearty noodle dish combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and vegetables with noodles for an easy, satisfying meal. Perfect for a cozy dinner or feeding a family.

 


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  2. 8 oz egg noodles
  3. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  4. 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat the cream of chicken soup and milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, and noodles, and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  • If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add some thyme or parsley.
  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time on preparation.
