Description
This cinnamon roll monkey bread is a fun, pull-apart treat that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert. Soft, buttery, and covered in cinnamon sugar, each bite is a sweet, gooey delight that everyone will love!

- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
- Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared Bundt pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then carefully flip the monkey bread onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra gooeyness, drizzle with icing from the cinnamon rolls after baking.
- You can add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
