Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy ranch-infused sauce for the ultimate comfort meal.

 


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chicken with garlic until fully cooked.
  3. Make the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Let simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and mix well until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.

Notes
