Description

This hearty and comforting Beef and Noodle recipe combines tender beef, flavorful broth, and perfectly cooked noodles for a quick and satisfying meal that’s perfect for any night of the week!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Add Broth and Flavor: Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Combine: Return beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add a splash of heavy cream for a richer sauce.
  • Substitute egg noodles with spaghetti or rice noodles if desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
