- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add Broth and Flavor: Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Combine: Return beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
