Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, leaving the green tops on.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with decorations like crushed nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 15-30 minutes.
