- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
Instructions
- Melt the Dark Chocolate: Microwave the dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate using the same method. Spread it evenly over the chilled dark chocolate.
- Add Peppermint: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top while the white chocolate is still soft. Press gently to set.
- Chill and Break: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm, then break into rustic pieces.
Notes
- Add a drop of peppermint extract to the chocolate for extra minty flavor.
