A holiday favorite featuring layers of silky chocolate and crunchy peppermint — this easy, festive treat is perfect for snacking or gifting!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes

Instructions

  1. Melt the Dark Chocolate: Microwave the dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate using the same method. Spread it evenly over the chilled dark chocolate.
  3. Add Peppermint: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top while the white chocolate is still soft. Press gently to set.
  4. Chill and Break: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm, then break into rustic pieces.

Notes
