- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined and shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides!
