- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top, and optionally, add chocolate chips for extra flair.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let it set.
- Slice and serve chilled!
