This festive peppermint pie is the ultimate holiday dessert! With a creamy, minty filling and a crunchy chocolate crust, it’s a refreshing treat to bring cheer to any celebration.

 


Ingredients

  1. 1 pre-made chocolate graham cracker crust
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  6. 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  7. 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  8. 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top, and optionally, add chocolate chips for extra flair.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let it set.
  • Slice and serve chilled!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
  • You can also use mini peppermint candies for a fun twist.
