Description
Lasagna Roll-Ups are a fun twist on traditional lasagna. Tender pasta sheets are filled with a delicious ricotta mixture, rolled up, and baked in marinara sauce. They’re the perfect portioned meal for family dinners or gatherings!

- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat and spread a generous amount of the ricotta mixture over each noodle.
- Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolled-up lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or sausage to the ricotta mixture for extra protein.
- These roll-ups can be frozen for later use. Just bake from frozen, adding extra time as needed.
