- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in heavy cream.
- Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos before serving.
