Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until well combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while they are still warm.
