Ingredients

    • 1 tsp sugar
    • Juice of 1 lime
  • For the Dumplings:
    • 1215 frozen or fresh dumplings (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
  • For Garnish:
    • Fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Sliced green onions
    • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Make the Broth: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Simmer the Soup: Add broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes. Squeeze in lime juice to brighten the flavor.
  3. Cook the Dumplings: Drop dumplings into the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve: Ladle soup into bowls, top with cilantro, green onions, and a squeeze of lime
