Description

This Turkey Hummus and Veggie Wrap is a perfect blend of lean protein, fresh veggies, and creamy hummus, all wrapped up in a soft whole-wheat tortilla. It’s a satisfying, nutritious, and quick meal for lunch or a snack!

 


Ingredients

  1. 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  2. 3 tbsp hummus
  3. 4 slices deli turkey breast
  4. ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  5. ¼ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  6. 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
  7. 1 tbsp shredded carrots
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread hummus evenly over the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer turkey slices, cucumber, bell pepper, spinach, and shredded carrots on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add avocado or cheese for extra flavor.
  • For a spicy twist, add a dash of hot sauce or chili flakes.
