- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- 3 tbsp hummus
- 4 slices deli turkey breast
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
- 1 tbsp shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly over the center of the tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices, cucumber, bell pepper, spinach, and shredded carrots on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
