Creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly comforting, this Chicken Alfredo Casserole combines tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melty cheese into a dinner that’s perfect for any night of the week!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the Sauce:
    • In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Add the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to the sauce. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Assemble the Casserole:
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    1. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Add cooked broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
  • Substitute rotisserie chicken to save time.
