- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (or cotija cheese)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook corn over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly charred. Stir occasionally.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, feta, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked corn to the mixture and stir until well combined.
