Description

A warm, comforting soup filled with tender potstickers, flavorful broth, and fresh vegetables — the perfect meal for chilly nights or cozy gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped bok choy or spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, combine chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Veggies: Add the sliced mushrooms, shredded carrots, and bok choy to the pot. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Cook the Potstickers: Carefully add the frozen potstickers to the simmering broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the potstickers are heated through and the soup is flavorful.
  4. Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

  • You can use any type of frozen potstickers, or even make your own for added flavor.
