- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic, and half of the mozzarella.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature)
