A creamy, cheesy dish featuring tender chicken, spinach, and artichokes — the perfect comfort food for busy days!

 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic, and half of the mozzarella.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature)

Notes

  • Pair this dish with rice, pasta, or crusty bread for a full meal.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
