Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut and chopped pecans over the top of the fudge, pressing them gently into the surface.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
