These Healthy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars are the perfect balance of sweet and nutritious! Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond butter, and dark chocolate chips, these bars are a guilt-free snack that’s both satisfying and delicious.

 


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups rolled oats
  2. ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  3. ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  8. ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and press down firmly.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for different flavor variations.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
