- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
Instructions
- Melt the Dark Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate using the same method. Spread evenly over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
- Add Peppermint: Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top. Gently press to set.
- Chill and Break: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm, then break into pieces
