Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 packet taco seasoning
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1 can (8 oz) refried beans
  5. 4 large flour tortillas
  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1/2 cup sour cream
  8. 1/2 cup salsa
  9. 1 cup shredded lettuce
  10. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  11. Optional: jalapeños, guacamole, or black olives

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and warm.
  • Spread a layer of refried beans onto each tortilla, followed by a generous amount of seasoned beef.
  • Add your favorite toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  • Roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to form a neat burrito.
