- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until fully melted and smooth.
- Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into muffin cups, then add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture.
- Top with another layer of melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Enjoy these delicious cups once they’ve hardened.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try using dark chocolate or adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
