Description

These no-bake Oreo Protein Balls are a quick and easy snack packed with Oreo flavor, protein, and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for on-the-go energy boosts or a post-workout treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 23 tbsp milk (as needed)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos:
    • Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  • Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well.
  • Adjust Consistency:
    • Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is sticky enough to hold together.
  • Add Chocolate Chips:
    • Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
  • Form Balls:
    • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  • Chill:
    • Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
