- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2–3 tbsp milk (as needed)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos:
- Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well.
- Adjust Consistency:
- Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is sticky enough to hold together.
- Add Chocolate Chips:
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.
- Form Balls:
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Chill:
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
