Description

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup tahini
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 12 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/4 cup water (adjust for consistency)
  6. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  • Gradually add water, stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • Adjust the water to make the sauce thicker or thinner based on preference.
