- 8 oz (225g) pasta (elbow, penne, or fusilli)
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the tuna mixture and toss with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add any veggies you like, such as peas or bell peppers, for extra color and crunch.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
