These Valentine’s Strawberry Milkshake Cookies are a delightful treat, packed with the sweet flavor of strawberry and a creamy milkshake twist. Topped with sprinkles and a perfect choice for Valentine’s Day or any sweet celebration!

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry milkshake powder (or strawberry-flavored drink mix)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pink or red sprinkles (optional, for decorating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milkshake powder, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Gently press the tops of the cookies and sprinkle with festive pink or red sprinkles (optional).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add white chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips to the dough.
- Use any type of milkshake powder or flavor mix for a twist (chocolate or vanilla work great too!).
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
