These Winter Wonderland Chocolate Chip Cookies are a festive treat packed with both semi-sweet and white chocolate chips, making them perfect for the holiday season.   6. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  7. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  11. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  12. Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until fully combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
